Supporting Lead Buyer of Site Integrated Projects Procurement Dept, main duties to include: Supplier vetting and preparation of bid lists from approved supplier databases, issue and receive quotations and carry out full analysis. Negotiate favourable T&C and award purchase orders.Manage supplier deliverables, materials and documentation, to ensure contract and project dealines met. Measure supplier progress against manufacturing and project schedules. Maintain Project Material Status Reports. Interface between Integrated Project Team disciplines and suppliers. Ideal candidate would require - procurement experience within industrial*site environment, strong and influential communication skills, high organisational skills, able to prioritise, highly pro-active approach to meeting deadlines, computer literate.
